THRUST HP

The Thrust HP project mission was to combine the advantages of the Thrust in low speeds with the latest Reflex profile technology in high speeds to yield a specialized paramotor wing that would offer true high performance yet retain the friendliness and safety of the Thrust.
The Thrust HP employs a unique patent-pending Automatic Stall Recovery System (SRS) that allows the pilot fly and launch at amazingly low speed despite the high wing loading. It prevents the wing and pilot from stalling at critical angle of attacks and aids in automatic recovery in case of a stall.
New refreshing top surface designs and features such as the SRS, HIT valves , Flexon battens, Swivels and Neodymium magnets examplify APCO's uncompromising attention to detail. The Thrust HP is a versatile high performance paramotor wing for pilots who wish to stretch their flight envelope and keep their smile in the air.

CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS


 

Materials

The glider is made from tear resistant Ripstop Nylon cloth, which is P.U. coated to zero porosity and then siliconized to give the fabric high resistance to the elements. Different cloth is used for the top, bottom and ribs due to their different functions. The lines are made of superaramid covered with a polyester sheath for protection against UV, wear and abrasion. The bottom section of the brake lines is made of polyester because of its better mechanical properties. The karabiners that attach the lines to the risers are made of stainless steel.

The Thrust HP comes in an ergonomic rucksack incl. an inner stuff bag, compression strap, spares kit, owner's manual and an industry first 3 yr/250 hr warranty - all as standard.
Speed bar comes as standard with solo wings.

THRUST 2009 –our purpose built paramotor wing now seriously improved for the coming season. Last year's best seller is now an even greater wing. Renamed THRUST 2009 (or for short THRUST 09).

Thrust has claimed worldwide fame as one of the most desirable paramotor wings. After serving for a number of years it is time to launch a new, updated version of this great wing.
It is based on the philosophy of Thrust, but we have incorporated all the latest, cutting edge materials and innovations to make it a better performing, longer lasting, easier handling, much lighter wing

THRUST 2009 design is focused on:

  • Launch - spotless - no matter wind or no wind, cross or tail on every hill, any time of the year - easy as never before
  • Ground Handling – THRUST 2009 positions itself over head with no effort and just hovers there even in the slightest wind with no sign of collapse, waiting for the pilot to be ready to accelerate into the air

Out of gas (expensive today) – THRUST 2009 is well suited to free flying too and can be supplied with paragliding risers on request.
